McKinsey & Company found that companies with gender diversity on the executive team were 25% more likely to have above-average profitability.

This is all to say that actionable steps should continue to be taken to support, encourage, and recognize women founders. This could look like:

  • Introducing women founders to your network

  • Scouting women founders for VC funding

  • Sourcing venture firms and accelerators targeted at women and underrepresented founders.

Because change isn’t made with words of support alone.
